Things Not To Do When You've Sprained Your Ankle

Don't go running.
Seriously, I'm saying don't, until it's healed.
Because it's just going to hurt more.

Don't stay up to all hours.
Especially sitting in a chair.
With your foot wedged underneath you.
Because the blood won't circulate, your ankle will swell up, and IT'S JUST GOING TO HURT MORE.

Don't substitute wishful thinking for common sense.
Dummy.
